Black Male Success Initiative
The Black Male Success Initiative is a presidential level, university-wide investment, with an emphasis on the comprehensive success of Black men at Mason. In consideration of the internal and external challenges those Black men face, as well as the opportunities that exist to be leaders in cultivating an environment that contributes to academic, personal, and professional success. BMSI has been developed through an interdisciplinary scope that leverages available resources in combination with the commitment from several faculty, staff, students, alumni, and other shareholders in and around the Mason community
